SmileDent provides professional dental services. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• All medical treatments require informed consent
• Treatment outcomes may vary by individual
• You must provide accurate medical history
• Follow-up care may be necessary

Access to the patient portal is subject to the following conditions:

• Access codes are confidential and should not be shared
• Medical records are for personal use only
• Portal access may be revoked for misuse

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

SmileDent provides dental services to the highest professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
